ACTIVITIES
The Retreat Center is the first building you see when you come into camp. It includes a kitchen, dining area, gathering/sitting area, a conference/event room, 4 sleeping rooms, 2 fireplaces, and more. If you want to take your event outside, the Retreat Center also has a 3-tier deck with many picnic tables.

Koinonia is the ancient Greek word for fellowship. And, our Koinonia Lodge is a great place for gathering together and participating in fellowship and learning. A maximum of 42 people can sleep in the Koinonia Lodge, divided between 7 bedrooms each with their own private restroom and shower. The first bedroom is included on the main floor. The main floor also includes a dining area, kitchen, fireplace, and two gathering spaces.

The Manna Center is the main Dining Hall during the summer and retreat seasons. It is our largest indoor meeting/gathering space and features two decks (one covered and includes a fireplace), sound system, projector and screen, and 3 sleeping spaces that accommodates up to 30 people.

Our Log Cabin Village is made up of 4 fully log cabins with modern amenities and are nestled into the hillside beneath towering pines. Each cabin sleeps up to 7 people and includes: 1 queen bed, 1 set of bunk beds, and 3 single beds (in loft). You are steps away from all the fun Sugar Creek has to offer while having your own personal space.

The Cedar Center is a charming octagonal building that is an ideal meeting space for 1-16 family member, friends, and/or colleagues. It is located in the pines among the four Modern Log Cabins.

Feel like you traveled back in time when you stay in our Frontier Town. Modeled after the old west towns of yester-year, Frontier Town includes 4 bunk house style cabins and a dining hall with modern kitchen appliances plus two historic wood burning stoves. Stay anytime of the year as each cabin and the dining hall are heated!

We also have several other lodging and facility options available. We have stationary Covered Wagons that sleep up to 8 people, or you can stay in our Seeker Cabins that can sleep up to 10 people. Both the Wagons and Seeker areas are short distances from shower houses and dining facilities. Have your own tent or RV/camper? Bring it to Sugar Creek! During our family camps and retreat season, we also have 6 electric hook-ups (3-30AMP and 4-20AMP) for camper or RV use. When you are here during the summer months, don’t forget to jump into our swimming pool. The pool is one of the most loved places at camp!
Another great space is our Amphitheater. This space hosts many “all camp” gatherings and worships during summer camp. But, it also has been the site of wedding ceremonies, graduations, and more.
Sugar Creek has a plethora of activities to do Anytime! 660 acres are awaiting as a place to have fun, connect with each other, and reflect on your relationship with God and creation. Check out our full list of “Anytime Activities” here. We’ve listed and show a few of our favorites below.
