Enroll Online - Registration and Forms
First-time Users: Please plan for 20-30 minutes for the process.
Returning Users: Register quickly with your same login. Our system securely stores your profile information. Please update your contact information, etc. as needed.
A $100 deposit is required to secure your program week. Balance is due by May 31, 2024. All fees are fully refundable up until May 31 if you need to cancel. After that date the deposit is nonrefundable.

Sugar Creek believes all youth should have the opportunity to attend Bible Camp. Knowing that camp families have differing financial abilities, Sugar Creek offers voluntary, three-tired pricing to better meet all financial needs. The actual price of a traditional camp program is approximately $800/week. You pay what you can afford while the difference is met through generous donations and other subsidies.
Sugar Creek is offering the following rates this summer:
- Tier 1 – $795 (Closest to the true cost of camp)
- Tier 2 – $575 (subsidized for families to make camp more affordable)
- Tier 3 – $445 (reflects more subsidies from fundraisers, churches, and camp supporters)
Families with three or more children attending camp can also receive a significant discount for each child after the first two. Please consider selecting the highest price you can afford as it helps more kids come to camp! The tier selected will not affect your child’s camp experience. Tiered rates are shown on the Registration Form. Cots for some programs like onsite day camp or Riverboaters have a set rate due to their unique program details.
“Camperships” are often available at your home congregation. Contact your church for information. Additional confidential financial assistance may be available by completing a campership application.
