Sugar Creek is a great place to host your retreat! Whether it’s youth, adults, women, men, couples, or families, Sugar Creek can accommodate you. We have five facilities available for retreats. Food service can be provided by Sugar Creek at most of our sites.
Our buildings are available for rent from September to May.
Frontier Town is not available November-March.
We do not rent during the summer programming months.

Food Service is available for most of our facilities.
Food allergies should be communicated to the staff prior to the retreat. Due to our unique location and situation, we are unable to accommodate all dietary requests. People with specialized diets may bring their own meals in lieu of purchasing them through our Food Service.
You are welcome to prepare your own meals in the Koinonia Lodge or Frontier Town. There is a kitchen use fee.
All youth events must be chaperoned by adults (18 or older) at a ratio of 1 adult per every 10 youth. For co-ed groups there must be at least one adult chaperone for each gender. It is expected that the chaperones will stay in the same rooms with the youth, although never one adult and one child in a room (except for immediate family).

The Manna Center (MC) and the Retreat Center (RC) require a minimum of 10 participants for rental, or groups may opt to pay the $400 per night minimum lodging fee if they fall below the required number of participants.
The Koinonia Lodge (KOI) requires a minimum of 13 participants for rental, or groups may opt to pay the $500 per night minimum lodging fee if they fall below the required number of participants.
Challenge Course: $30.00 ($60 for non-member groups) for every 15 participants for 2 hours
Swimming Pool with Lifeguard (open Memorial Day to Labor Day) 2 hours
$50 Members, $75 Non-Members (This is the minimum charge.)
