You are welcome to prepare your own meals in the Koinonia Lodge or Frontier Town. There is a kitchen use fee.
All youth events must be chaperoned by adults (18 or older) at a ratio of 1 adult per every 10 youth. For co-ed groups there must be at least one adult chaperone for each gender. It is expected that the chaperones will stay in the same rooms with the youth, although never one adult and one child in a room (except for immediate family).
Sugar Creek will be happy to help you plan activities or give you ideas for your retreat. Contact our Program Director for more information.
Make the most of Sugar Creek! We can help with worship, games, devotions, challenge course/team building, labyrinth etc. Let us know what you need help with, and we would be happy to assist!
