Sugar Creek is a great place to host your retreat! Whether it’s youth, adults, women, men, couples, or families, Sugar Creek can accommodate you. We have five facilities available for retreats. Food service can be provided by Sugar Creek or you may provide your own meals. All buildings are available for rent from late August to mid May (with the exception of the Frontier Town, which is not available November-March). We do not rent during the summer programming months.

Food Service is available for all of the facilities. You are also welcome to prepare your own meals. Plenty of coffee and snacks are always available. Food allergies should be communicated to the staff prior to the retreat. You are welcome to prepare your own meals in the Koinonia Lodge or Frontier Town. There is a kitchen use fee.
All youth events must be chaperoned by adults (18 or older) at a ratio of 1 adult per every 10 youth. For co-ed groups there must be at least one adult chaperone for each gender. It is expected that the chaperones will stay in the same rooms with the youth, although never one adult and one child in a room (except for immediate family).
